As a child, I would often find myself gazing at the biology posters displayed in my classroom. The information presented on these posters seemed to deeply resonate with me, and I found that I retained much of it as a result. Inspired by this, I sought to contribute to the education of others about nature. My goal was to create a biology poster that could seamlessly be displayed in a school classroom. This botanical illustration of a Venus flytrap was created as part of my final project concept. The artwork was executed using watercolor.
